For one pie – 2 pie shells

1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2tsp salt
1 1/2tsp cinnamon

2tbs butter softened
2 1/2 cups apple sauce (I like chunky)
2 or 3 diced bananas

Mix all dry ingredients together

Mix all other ingredients together

Then mix both wet and dry ingredients together and pour in pie shell – place top pie crust on and cut holes in it for air to escape. (We like using fun cookie cutters to make a holiday design).

Bake for 60 minutes at 300 degrees….I always cook mine on 350 and just watch to see when it’s done….

Note: Some of my sisters make their without a top crust. That is fine too!
